Setting AUTHOR_SAVE_AS to False generated a warning, the correct value is ''.
Also removing 'authors' from generated templates.

The filtering is done using tags. Also adding default template for tag
page.

Due to empty articles list or containing no valid categories when
generating archives, paginated index or something else...

Using start_date if available, date otherwise as sort key.

Fixed by updating the Rst custom reader and addind a custom Markdown reader.
Since those readers are identical, it would be nice to factorize it in a
kind of meta class...

Also adding a body to the mail to remind the visitor to put its name and
forname in the mail subject.

Fix issue #51
Also adding a corresponding entry in CIRCLE of pelican conf.

- Processors can be defined in pelicanconf.py so that to process custom
metadata.
- Mandatory metadata can be specified per category.
- Adding filter to format date interval.
- Fixing missing metadata in articles.
